Livi Limos Terms and conditions of hire
1. The Agreed price, is the amount agreed by the customer and Livi Limos
2. Deposits are non refundable
3. Should you cancel within 14 days of the hire you the customer will be charged the full amount
4. The Lead booking person will be responsible for all breakages on board the bus and will be advised as soon as Livi Limos are made aware of this
5. We reserve the right to terminate the hire at any point if you or your party become abusive to the bus or towards any of our staff aboard the Boogie bus
6. We ask when bus is in motion that you wear your safety belt and no alcohol is consumed
7. Livi Limos are very strict in being on time for the hire time agreed but times can vary due occurrences out with our control such as traffic, mechanical breakdowns and weather conditions.
The Above Conditions are binding and you the hirer agree to them by accepting rental
Livi Limos reserves the right to refuse a hire at anytime
